We will hold your credit for rescheduling a workshop, so you don't need to book again. Credit means you will have the first priority to book another workshop. All you need to do is email us your next preferred date (when you know), and there will be no expiry date for your credit.
Full Workshop Credit is available if rescheduling is made three days before the workshop date.
50% Deposit Credit is available if rescheduled less than two days before the workshop date.
20% Deposit Credit is available if rescheduled the day before or 2 hours before the start of the workshop.
Every booking can be rescheduled twice.
No Show Policy
If no sufficient notice is provided before the day of the workshop, no refund will be given.
